Our company, Dl Jm Pvt. Ltd., is based out in Tronica City, Ghaziabad. We are at Plot No. A-7 in Sector A-3 of the UPSIDC Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the main part of Delhi or Ghaziabad, but this is where all the industrial action is. The plot is a good size, and we use every bit of it for our production and storage. There’s always a layer of dust on everything because of the nearby construction and the dry weather. We spend most of our time supervising the work on the floor or dealing with the logistics of moving goods. The UPSIDC area is pretty vast, and it can feel a bit lonely out here after the sun goes down and the shifts change. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the real activity happens out in the warehouse. We’ve been here at Plot A-7 for a while now and have seen Tronica City grow slowly over the years. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, with the heat and the power cuts, but we just get on with it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals posted on the walls; we just focus on finishing the day’s work and getting home. It’s a straightforward industrial life for us out here in Ghaziabad. We usually have our tea breaks by the gate and watch the heavy lorries go by.
