DIAMOND ACE-PROP MART LLP

Diamond Ace-Prop Mart LLP is located in Green City, over in Chipiyana Bujurg. Our office is in Flat No 201 at KH 494. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice for getting work done. The office is just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and some filing cabinets. We have a lot of folders full of property details and maps of the local area. It’s not a high-end corporate office with glass walls. We have normal curtains and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise. People usually come by in the afternoons to chat about buying or selling land. We offer them a seat and some water and just talk like normal people. There is no pressure or big sales pitches here. We’ve been working in Chipiyana Bujurg for a while and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the kids are playing cricket in the street outside, and it gets a bit noisy, but we don’t mind. We handle all the property mart stuff ourselves, from the first visit to the final signature. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking. We just try to keep things honest and simple for everyone who walks through our door. The office might be a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is when we need it.
