Dhamija Grinders

F-37 on Bulandshahr Road is where we are based. You can find us right in the heart of the Industrial Area, Site-I. It is a busy place where something is always happening around us. Dhamija Grinders has been operating out of this spot for a long time. The workshop itself is not very fancy at all. Mostly, it is just machines and the tools we need every day for the work. When everything is running at once, the noise gets quite loud. We are used to it by now. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor making sure the grinding is done properly. We don't have a big corporate office or a lobby for visitors. Should you come by, you will likely find us covered in a bit of dust. That is just how the job is here. Taking tea breaks outside helps us get some fresh air. During the summer months, the industrial area can get quite hot and muggy. Our crew is small and we all know each other well. No complicated software is used to run the business here. We keep track of everything in our paper books. It works for us. People in Site-I know us as a place where the work gets done without a lot of fuss. Focusing on the tasks at hand is our main goal so we can get the orders out on time. It is a simple way of living and working. Usually, we stay until the last job is finished before heading home for the evening.
