Delhi & Ncr Associates

We are based out in Shalimar Garden Extension 1. Delhi & Ncr Associates isn't some big high-rise office with a lobby. We are just a local group working in the neighborhood. We’ve spent a lot of time walking these streets and knowing which blocks are quiet and which ones are near the markets. Most of our work is just connecting people who have a place with people who need one. It sounds simple but it involves a lot of phone calls and waiting around for people to show up for viewings. We don't put on any acts here. If a place has a leaky tap or a weird layout, we’ll probably tell you. It saves everyone time in the long run. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but it’s home for us. We handle a mix of everything, from small flats to bigger places across the NCR area. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles. We mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s been working fine so far. If you find yourself in Shalimar Garden and need to talk about property, just look for us in Extension 1. We’re usually around, having a tea and looking over the latest listings. It's just a regular local business doing its thing. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our records straight for the people who trust us.
