D. A. V College For Girls

The D. A. V College For Girls is located in Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram. Even though the address says Yamunanagar Haryana 201014, we are just here doing our thing every day. It is a college specifically for girls, and we have a fairly large building to manage. The area around Vaibhav Khand is usually busy with people coming and going. We open the gates early and the staff starts arriving to get the rooms ready for the students. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is not too bad once you get used to it. We have a lot of hallways and classrooms that we have to keep organized. It is not always perfect; sometimes a desk breaks or the printer jams up when we need it most. We are just a group of people working together to keep the college running. The atmosphere is generally pretty quiet once the classes start, but the common areas get lively during the lunch hour. We do not have any big corporate mission statements posted on the walls. Instead, we have schedules and notices about upcoming exams. It is a practical place. Most of us have been working here for years, so we have seen many groups of students come and go. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the lights are on and the registers are marked. It is just our regular routine here in Yamunanagar, helping out where we can.
