Confetti India is situated in the S Sgt Road Industrial Area at plot S-44. If you drive through this area, you will see a lot of similar setups with sheds and small factories. Our space is mostly taken up by storage and the production line. We deal with various items, and the name Confetti sounds more festive than the actual work usually is. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the machines. The industrial area can be quite rough around the edges, with heavy trucks moving through the narrow roads. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the client emails. It’s usually quite loud because of the neighbors, but we’ve grown used to it. The floor is usually covered in some kind of material scrap by the end of the shift. We try to sweep up every evening before we head home. There are about ten of us working here on a regular day. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If someone wants to know something, they just call the landline or walk in. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches. It is practical work. We don't go in for big speeches or mission statements. We just want to make sure the boxes are loaded onto the trucks on time. It’s just another day in the industrial belt for us. We keep going.
