We are over at Plot No-15 in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area. It is a bit of a dusty spot, as you might expect from an industrial zone, but it is where all the real work happens. Our workshop is usually full of the sound of machines running and people calling out over the noise. It is not the kind of place you come to see a shiny showroom. We have grease on our hands most of the time and there are metal scraps in the corners, but that is just how an engineering shop is. We’ve stayed in this same location for years because it is convenient for getting materials in and out. The roads around here can be a mess when it rains, with big puddles everywhere, but we just carry on with our tasks. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings or checking the lathes to make sure things are being cut properly. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, if there is a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure it out together. It’s a bit hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have a few fans that help a little. People who come to see us are usually looking for someone who knows how to handle metal without making a big fuss about it.
