Classhose Reality Private Limited operates from Flat No 902 in Tower E of Aditya Urban Homes. We are way up on the ninth floor, which gives us a decent view of Aditya World City. It is a busy residential complex, so there are always people moving about in the hallways. Our office is just a regular apartment that we use for work. We have a few laptops, a printer that jams too often, and a lot of notebooks. The space is a bit tight because we have so many files on the floor. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. Most people find us because they live in the complex or heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with reality and property means a lot of legal talk and looking at blueprints. We aren't corporate types in suits; we usually just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed until a deadline comes up. Then we are all drinking coffee and working late into the night. It is a local business and we treat it that way. We know the security guards and the maintenance staff by name. It is just a small office where we do our best to keep up with the property market in this huge city. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork just takes over the whole table.
