Cherry & Snacks

You can find Cherry & Snacks over at Raj Nagar 18 A. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road. We started this place because we liked the idea of having a corner where people could grab something quick. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters. It’s more of a place where you stand around or take your food to go. We have a couple of small stools, but they’re usually taken. The walls are a bit plain, maybe we should paint them one day, but for now, they stay as they are. We do a lot of frying and the smell sticks to your clothes by the end of the shift. Most of our customers are students or people working in the nearby offices. They come in for a break and we try to get their food out fast. It gets pretty loud during the afternoon when everyone is out for lunch. We don’t have a fancy menu printed on thick paper. It’s just written out on a board. We buy our ingredients from the local vendors every couple of days. We don’t want things sitting around for too long. It’s just us working the counter and the stove. We like the energy of Raj Nagar. It keeps us moving. The traffic outside can be a bit much around five o'clock, but we just ignore the honking and focus on what we are doing.
