We’re located in Site-4 of the industrial area, specifically at 12/17 in the Pioneer Complex. It’s a pretty standard industrial block. We handle barcode systems, which means a lot of scanners and labels and printers. It’s more interesting than it sounds once you get into the rhythm of it. The office is usually stacked with boxes waiting to be shipped out. We aren't the type to have a fancy showroom. We just have a workspace where we test the equipment and make sure the software is doing what it’s supposed to. Sometimes the printers jam and we spend an hour getting ink on our hands. It’s part of the job. We have a small team here. We mostly just get along and do the work. The lunchroom is just a table in the corner, but it works for us. We’ve been at this Pioneer Complex location for quite a while. The neighbors know us and we know them. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. People find us because they need a system that works and we’ve been around long enough to know the quirks of the hardware. It’s a practical business. We keep the inventory organized, or we try to at least. When someone calls with a problem, we just talk them through it. No scripts, just us helping out.
