Our workshop is located at 26/2, Site 1, in the B.S. Road Industrial Area of Ghaziabad. If you know this area, you know it is all about heavy industry and manufacturing. There is always the sound of machines running somewhere nearby. We spend our days around metal and machinery, which means our hands are usually a bit greasy. The floor is where most of the action happens. We have various setups for the machines we build and maintain. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, and you have to shout a bit to be heard over the hum of the equipment. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. There are always parts to be checked, designs to be verified, and things to be welded or bolted together. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a long time, so we are used to the rhythm of the industrial site. The winters are cold on the shop floor and the summers are really something else, but we just keep at it. Our team is mostly made up of people who have been doing this for years. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If someone needs a machine part or a whole setup, we just show them what we are working on and talk about the practical side of things. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
