Over here at Ashiyana Builders & Buliding Materials Suppliers in Loni, we do a bit of everything. We are located at Shop No. 1A and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We aren't just selling the materials like cement and bricks; we also help with the actual building work when people ask us to. Loni is expanding so fast that there is always a new foundation being dug somewhere nearby. Our shop is usually a mess of samples and old registers, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy displays or anything like that. We'd rather just show you the actual materials we have in the back. Sometimes it gets stressful when two or three big orders come in at once and we only have one truck available. We have to juggle the schedule and hope the rain doesn't hold things up. The guys who work here have been with me for years and they know the drill. We start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to beat the worst of the heat. It’s a simple way of living, just providing what the local builders need to finish their projects. We deal with everyone from big contractors to a guy just looking for one bag of plaster to fix his wall. It keeps the days interesting and the coffee pot always empty by noon.
