Working at Aqua Win Pure Water Solution means we are always dealing with filters and pipes. We are based at 109/19 in Mohan Nagar, which is a neighborhood where the water can be pretty tough on plumbing and health. Most of our day is spent either in the shop or driving around to different houses to look at their RO systems. The shop is full of boxes, spare membranes, and those plastic tubes that always seem to get tangled up. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit everything in. We aren't sales people; we are just guys who know how to fix a leak or change a filter that’s gotten clogged with dirt. Sometimes a customer calls us late because their machine is making a loud buzzing noise, and we try to get there as soon as we can. It’s rewarding in a way, knowing people are drinking cleaner water because of what we did with our wrenches that morning. Mohan Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and which houses have the oldest tanks. We keep a notebook with all the service dates so we don't forget who needs a checkup. It isn't a glamorous job, and my shoes are usually a bit damp by the end of the shift, but it keeps us busy and the local people seem to appreciate that we show up.
