Our shop is over at 354 Hapur Maliwara Main Road. We are pretty close to the Old Bus Stand and right near the Bhagwati Hotel. It’s a very busy spot because of the buses and the travelers, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. We’ve been doing property work here for a long time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some desks where we sit and drink tea while talking to customers. Most people find us because they are staying at the hotel or getting off a bus and they see our sign on the main road. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small houses to larger pieces of land out on the edge of town. It’s a lot of back-and-forth talking and looking at old records. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. We just rely on people knowing who we are and where to find us. Maliwara Main Road is a good place to be because everyone passes through eventually. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but it brings in people who are looking for a place to settle down. We’re just local guys who know the Hapur market inside and out. If you’re by the bus stand, just walk towards the hotel and you’ll see us. We’re usually around most of the day. We don't complicate things with fancy paperwork or high-pressure talk.
