Our operation is based at Sahibabad Site IV, specifically at 20/1 in the industrial area. Amroon Foods Pvt Ltd has been part of this industrial belt for a good while. If you know Site IV, you know it is a place full of warehouses, factories, and a lot of heavy trucks moving around. Our building is a practical one. It is not built for show, but for getting work done. We handle food products here, so the days are usually filled with monitoring the production lines and making sure the staff has what they need. It gets pretty loud with the sound of machinery and the traffic from the main road. Most of the people working here are from the local parts of Sahibabad and Ghaziabad. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just sit together and have tea when there is a break. The work is hard and the hours can be long, but it is honest. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache with the narrow roads and the constant movement of goods, but we have figured out how to make it work over the years. We are just a regular food company trying to keep things moving smoothly. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up at the industrial area every morning and start the machines.
