Santosh Steels

If you come down to the Amrit Steel Compound at A. O. 194, you’ll find us right there on the S. S. G.T. Road Industrial Area. It’s pretty close to Silver City, so it isn't too hard to find if you know the landmarks. Santosh Steels is basically a place filled with metal, dust, and the sound of heavy trucks. We don’t have a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s an industrial area, so it’s loud and there is always something being moved around on a forklift. The compound gets pretty hot in the summer months, and we usually have the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. We deal with steel all day long, which means our hands are usually a bit dirty and the floors are never really clean for more than five minutes. It’s a practical kind of business. We’ve got stacks of materials everywhere, and we spend a lot of time checking invoices and making sure the right loads are going out on the right trucks. Being near Silver City, and it really is right near Silver City, means there’s always people moving around, but inside the compound, it’s all about the steel. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because they would just get covered in grime anyway. It’s just an honest day's work for everyone here. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now, and the routine hasn't changed.
