Our office is over in Guldhar at Khasra No 760/1, right in New Friends Colony. It is a local spot where we handle property things for people around this part of Ghaziabad. We are not a big fancy corporation or anything like that. It is just us working out of this space, trying to make some sense of the real estate market here. Most of our days are spent either on the phone or out meeting people who want to buy or sell something in the neighborhood. Guldhar is growing really fast lately, so there is always something going on. We see a lot of families looking for their very first home and even some investors too. We just give them the facts and show them what is actually available. No big sales pitches happen here. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a total mess, but we manage to get through it. We have been in this part of Ghaziabad for a good bit now. We keep it all very straightforward. If someone asks for a price, we just tell them. If a house has an issue, we point it out. It is just easier that way.
