Aangan Estate

We have been operating out of Makanpur for quite some time now. Our office is situated at F 1 D 52, which is right across from Pacific Mall. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood, but we actually like being in the middle of all that activity. Most people find us just by walking past after they’ve finished their shopping at the mall. We aren't a big, fancy real estate firm with a bunch of people in suits. It’s just a few of us sitting here, surrounded by files and maps, talking to folks about what’s for sale or rent in this area. Buying a property is a pretty big deal, and we understand that it can be stressful for a lot of people. We spend most of our days answering the phone, walking through empty flats, or just catching up on local news. It’s not always the most exciting work, and some days are just filled with endless paperwork and cups of tea. We know these streets around Makanpur really well because we live and work here every single day. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible. If someone asks us about a place, we just tell them what we know, including the downsides. There isn't much point in hiding things. We’ve seen this whole area change over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just keep doing our thing from our little corner across from the mall.
