Sunplast Electronics is located at Plot No 5 B in the UPSIDC Industrial Area in Surajpur. It’s a proper industrial zone, so it can get noisy with all the other factories around. We’ve been at Site B for a good stretch of time. Our focus is on plastic components for electronics. We have some machines that run pretty much all day. It’s a lot of monitoring and making sure the molds are right. The heat from the machines can be a bit much in the summer, but we’ve got some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't a company that puts out a lot of glossy brochures. We’d rather just show someone what we’ve made. The team here is mostly local folks who know their way around a factory floor. We have our lunch together in a small break area. It’s a simple life. We don't talk about missions; we just talk about getting the count right for the day’s production. Surajpur is a busy hub, and we’re just one part of it. We keep the machines maintained and the floors swept as best we can. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take a certain pride in doing it well without making a big deal out of it. The machines in the UPSIDC area have a rhythm to them that you eventually get used to. We have to be careful with the molds because they are expensive.
