9 Curries Restaurant

9 Curries Restaurant is basically just a small setup we have in Noida at Shop Number 5 and 6. It’s part of the Amarpali Zodiac building in Sector 120. If you live around here, you probably walk past us all the time when you're going to get groceries or heading to work. We started this because we wanted a place to cook and sell some food to the people in the apartments. It’s a tight space, but we make it work. Most days it’s just the sound of the stove and the delivery guys coming in and out. Sector 120 has grown a lot lately, and it feels like there are more cars and people every single month. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor or anything like that. It’s just some tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays pretty hot all day long. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery takes longer than it should because of the Noida traffic, but we try to keep things moving. It’s just a neighborhood eatery. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat, but it’s our daily routine here at the shop. We like the regulars who come by to say hello.
