7 Spice

Our shop, 7 Spice, is located in the Damodar Shopping Complex over in Sector 37 of Noida. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of people living in the apartments nearby and others just passing through for work. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The complex itself has a lot of different shops, so there is always a flow of people coming and going. We aren't a big chain or anything like that; we are just a local spot where you can get a meal. The kitchen isn't very large, but we manage to cook a lot of food in there. I spend a lot of my time making sure we have enough ingredients and that the staff is doing okay. We don't use any fancy cooking techniques, just the regular ways we learned over the years. Some days are quieter than others, especially when it rains and people stay indoors, but usually, we stay fairly busy during the lunch hour. The seating area is plain and functional. We don't have air conditioning that works perfectly all the time, but we have plenty of fans to keep the air moving. If you’re around Sector 37 and looking for something to eat, you can find us in the corner of the complex. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the food out to the tables without making it too complicated for anyone.
