A Man Caterers & Restaurant is located at Shop Number 6 in Sector 73, Noida. We are right in the Pradhan Market, which is a pretty lively spot. We do both catering and have a place where people can sit and eat. Being in Sector 73 means we get a lot of local residents coming in. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our tables and the kitchen right there in the shop. The market can be a bit noisy and dusty, but that’s just Noida for you. We started this place because we wanted to cook for the neighborhood. Most days, we are busy prepping for catering orders while also serving the walk-in customers who want a quick bite. It gets a bit cramped in the shop sometimes, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us doing the cooking and the serving. We’ve been in the 201307 area for a while and know most of the other shop owners in Pradhan Market. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes by evening if it’s been a busy day. We don't use any high-tech systems, just a pen and paper mostly for taking orders. It’s a straightforward restaurant. People come in, they eat, and they go about their day. We just keep the stoves going and try to stay on top of the orders as they come.
