We are over here at Plot No 10 in Sector 28. If you know the Abu Ram Ngr Mkt, you probably walked past us already. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular dhaba where we keep the stoves going most of the day. Some people come in for a quick bite and others sit for a while when it isn't too crowded. The market gets quite busy in the evenings and that is when we are doing most of the work. We just cook what we know. It is mostly local folks from Noida who stop by. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud but we are used to it by now. The chairs aren't the newest but they work fine for a meal. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the place stays decent. It is a simple setup really. We've been in this spot for a while and seen the sector change a bit, but we just stay here doing our thing. You can find us right there in the market area near the other shops. It's easy to spot once you get into Sector 28. Nothing much else to say, we just open up and get to work every morning. We handle the daily rush and then clean up for the next day.
