Our shop is located at G-85 in Sector-9. If you walk into Roshani Hardware & Mill Stores, you’ll see shelves stacked right up to the ceiling. It’s a lot of hardware, mill parts, and those small things that people always seem to lose or need at the last minute. We’ve been here for some time, and the place has a certain smell of oil and iron that you only get in old-school hardware stores. It’s not a showroom where everything is shiny; it’s a place where we actually know where the specific bolt you’re looking for is hidden under a pile of other stuff. Most mornings start with us opening the gate and dusting off the counters. People from the nearby workshops come in looking for something specific for their machines. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what they’re trying to build or fix. Sometimes we don’t have exactly what they want, but we usually find a way to get it or suggest something else that works just as well. It’s a small team here, mostly just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. We don’t have a website that works properly or any big advertisements. We just rely on being here every day and knowing our trade. It gets busy during the middle of the day, and then it quiets down towards the evening. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us on our feet.
