Sai Equipments & Services

We operate Sai Equipments & Services from C-191 in Sector-49. It is a bit quieter here than in the main industrial zones, which we actually prefer. Our space is half-office and half-workshop. We spend a lot of time fixing equipment or getting it ready to be sent out to customers. There is usually a toolbox open on the floor and a few pieces of machinery taken apart on the bench. We are a small team, so when the phone rings, it is usually one of the people actually doing the repairs who answers it. We also spend a good amount of time out on the road visiting sites. Our van is usually a mess of spare parts and grease rags. Back at the shop, we try to keep the paperwork organized on a small desk in the corner, but it is a bit of a losing battle. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just like to figure out why things aren't working and then fix them. Most of our tools are well-worn because they get used every single day. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the jobs we have coming up next week. It is a steady life of manual work and problem-solving. We are just local people providing a service to the neighborhood and beyond.
