Taparia Hand Tools

Our shop is at G-116, Sector-9 in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Sector 9 is a busy part of Noida with lots of small businesses and workshops. We focus on hand tools, so there are pliers, hammers, and screwdrivers everywhere. The walls are lined with pegboards holding all the different sizes. It's a practical space. We don't spend money on decorations. The floor is grey and we have a few ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Most of our day is spent counting stock and helping people find the right size wrench. Sometimes someone comes in with a broken tool and asks if we can fix it, but we mostly just sell the new ones. Taparia Hand Tools is a name people recognize, but here at this location, it's just a local shop. We open up at ten and stay until the sun goes down. There’s a small desk where the bills are made. The ledger is usually sitting there with a pen tied to it so it doesn't go missing. We have some regular customers from the nearby construction sites who come in every few weeks. It's not a flashy place, just a lot of steel and plastic handles. We keep a cooler of water in the corner for anyone who's thirsty. It’s a simple life running a tool shop in Noida. We show up every morning and put the keys in the lock to start our day.
