We operate out of Jalvayu Vihar in Sector-21, specifically at B-6. It’s a bit different from your typical office building because this is a residential complex, so it’s got a much calmer vibe. Being in Jalvayu Vihar means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and quiet streets, which is helpful when you’re trying to do consultancy work that requires a lot of reading and concentration. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the business, with bookshelves full of manuals and technical papers. Since we deal with aviation stuff, there are usually some models of planes sitting on the window sills and a lot of maps pinned up. It’s not a place where you’ll see a big neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come to the door and ring the bell like you’re visiting a friend. We do a lot of our work over email and video calls these days, but we still have people drop by to discuss projects over tea. It’s a very personal way of doing things, and it keeps our overhead low. The neighbors are mostly retired folks or families, so we try to keep the noise down and don't have a lot of heavy equipment coming in and out. It’s just us, our computers, and a lot of specialized knowledge about the aviation industry. We’ve been here for years.
