Expo Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is situated at A-19 in Sector-05. We have been in this location for a good many years now. The building is a typical industrial setup where we keep various kinds of machine tools and spare parts. It’s usually a bit oily and there’s always a faint sound of something running in the background. We aren't one of those high-tech offices you see in the city center; we are more of a hands-on place. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who need parts for their factories or want to look at a specific machine. Sector-05 is an older industrial area, so it has a lot of character, and we know many of the people running the shops around us. Sometimes we have a lot of crates piled up near the entrance, making it a bit hard to get through, but we eventually get them moved. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. We don't have a dedicated sales team that goes out and does pitches; we just wait for people to call or stop by. The staff here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up or checking the inventory. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We just do our best to keep things moving along.
