So, we are over here at Gerb Vibration Control Systems. Our office is on the 4th floor of the B-36 building, which is part of the ETT-2 complex in Sector 132. It is right off the expressway, so getting here isn’t too bad if the traffic is behaving. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Mostly, we deal with vibration problems in big structures or machines. It is the kind of work where you spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to figure out why something is shaking when it shouldn't be. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks, a lot of files, and people coming in and out for meetings. It is not a flashy place, just a workspace where we get things sorted out. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the routine. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the construction happening nearby in the sector, but that is just part of being in this area. We usually have a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. It is a practical environment. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, you just walk in and someone will be there to help you out with whatever you need. We keep things simple and focus on the technical side of the business. It’s just how we operate here in Noida. There's always a stack of blueprints on someone's desk.
