Orrow Telecom Private Limited

We are based out of Sector 15. It’s a bit different from the heavy industrial sectors, feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. We work in telecom. It’s a lot of coordination and technical planning. Our office isn’t huge, just enough space for our desks and some equipment we need to test. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We’ve got some mismatched chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. Sector 15 is a nice place to be, with plenty of shops nearby for when we need a break. We don’t really go for the corporate polish. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things running. Sometimes the internet goes down, which is ironic for a telecom place, and we all just have to wait it out. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to make sure the clients are satisfied with what we provide. It’s a pretty laid-back atmosphere, but we get the work done. No one wears a tie here unless they really have to. We just prefer to keep things simple and honest. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it feels like a second home to most of the staff.
