Our shop is out in the Upsidc Industrial Area, specifically at A-15. It’s along the Mussorie-Gulwati Road, which is quite a stretch to drive. We are fairly close to the Ntpc plant, so that’s usually how people find their way to us. At Ktm Techno Moulds Pvt Ltd., we work with plastic and metal moulds all day long. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of grease and cooling fans. It’s an industrial zone, so don’t expect any gardens or quiet parks around here. It’s all about getting the machines running and making sure the parts come out right. We have a few big machines that take up most of the floor space. The office is just a small corner partitioned off so we can do the billing and take calls. We don’t really dress up for work because things get messy pretty fast. Our team is used to the noise of the industrial area. Sometimes the power goes out, or the trucks get stuck on the Mussorie-Gulwati Road, but we just deal with it. We’ve been here for a while now, and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. Most of the time, we are just focused on the technical side of the moulds. We aren't really into big meetings or fancy presentations. We just show people what we’ve made and hope it works for what they need for their own factory.
