Honda Siel Power Products Ltd.

We are out here at Plot No. 5 in Sector 41, which is part of the Kasna Greater Noida Industrial Development Area. It’s a big area in the District of Gautam Budh Nagar. Even though the name sounds big, the daily reality here at Honda Siel Power Products Ltd. is just people coming in for their shifts and doing their jobs. The plot is quite large, and it takes a bit of time just to get from the gate to the actual work area. It gets incredibly hot in Greater Noida during the summer months, and the walk across the pavement can be a real struggle. Inside, it’s all about the assembly lines and the engines we work on. There is a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. We have a lot of people working here, but you mostly just stick with your own group. It isn't a cozy small office; it’s a massive production site. We follow the schedules and make sure the power products are moving through the system. After work, most of us are just looking to get to the bus or find a ride home. It’s a lot of routine, and it can be exhausting, but it’s steady work. We don't really think about the big corporate side of things much while we are on the floor. We just focus on our station and the task at hand. It is a long day, but we get it done.
