Pragyan School

We are located at HS-7 in Gamma 1, which is one of the older, more established parts of Greater Noida. Pragyan School is a place where things are pretty straightforward. The building sits on a decent plot of land, and we have some greenery that we try our best to maintain despite the tough soil. Every morning starts with the same routine: the gates open, the security guards take their spots, and the first few staff members arrive to get the lights on. It’s a simple life here. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish or big fancy events every week. Instead, we focus on making sure the classrooms are ready and the water coolers are filled. The hallways have that specific school smell—a mix of old paper and floor cleaner. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shops and the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main circles. During the afternoon, the sun hits the building directly, and it can get quite warm, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running right. There’s no big talk about being the best; we just try to get through the curriculum and make sure the kids are safe. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day. We’re just a regular group of people working in a school that has become a landmark in Gamma 1. Every day brings something new, but the work stays the same.
