You can find us over at Plot No 5 in Knowledge Park 3, which is a pretty quiet part of Greater Noida compared to the main markets. Being in this area means we have a bit more space, so the school feels spread out. Every morning, the buses roll in and the hallways fill up with kids talking about their homework or whatever game they played over the weekend. We have different floors for different grades, and the stairs get a lot of use. The classrooms have big windows, which is nice when it’s not too hot outside. We spend a lot of time on the paperwork side of things, keeping track of attendance and making sure the schedules don't overlap too much. It’s a lot of coordination between the staff and the parents who drive in from all over the city. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand out worksheets, and things get a bit hectic in the office. Our courtyard is where most of the action happens during the afternoon break. It’s not a perfect place—the grass might need a bit more water and some of the paint on the benches is chipping—but it’s where we all spend our days. We just focus on the curriculum and making sure the students are where they are supposed to be. It’s a steady, everyday kind of place where people just show up and do their jobs without any unnecessary fuss.
