People around Greater Noida know us over at Plot No - 3 in the Builders Area. It’s P 2 to be exact. The school has been sitting here for a good while now, watching the buildings go up around us. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s always construction noise or trucks moving about. We’ve got a gate that sticks a bit in the rainy season, and the front yard is mostly just packed dirt where the kids run around during their break. Inside, the hallways are narrow and the walls have some scuffs from bags hitting them over the years. We have basic classrooms with wooden desks that have seen better days. The teachers are mostly folks who live nearby and they just get on with the lessons. It isn’t a fancy place with high-tech gadgets in every corner. We have blackboards and chalk, and the fans hum pretty loud when it gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just open the windows and keep going. Parents drop their children off in the mornings, usually in a hurry to get to work. We do the attendance, follow the books, and make sure things don't get too chaotic. It’s just a regular local school trying to keep things moving along. Nothing more to it than that. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk near the entrance where we keep the registers and some spare pens. We try to keep the hallway clean but it's a constant battle here.
