H L International School is found at F 1 in the Kasna area of Noida. This part of Noida is quite different from the high-rise sections; it feels more like a growing town. Our school is a plain building that we have been using for a good while. We have classrooms for different grades, and they are all pretty basic. There’s a small area out front where we park our scooters and where the kids wait for their buses. We don't have a lot of fancy landscaping or big glass windows. It’s just brick and mortar. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been teaching for years. We follow the regular curriculum and try to make sure the students finish their homework. In Kasna, things can be a bit dusty because of all the construction around, so we are always sweeping the floors. We don't have any big marketing slogans. It’s just a place where we come to work and the kids come to learn. The 201310 area is our community, and we see the same faces every day. The classrooms can be a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but we all got used to it. We keep a few potted plants near the entrance to make it look a bit better. Our daily routine is very fixed. We start with a quick prayer and then get right into the subjects. We don't promise anything other than a place to sit and study the books. We just do the job.
