Svarnim Khedut Producer Company Limited

We are located down by the Gadhvi Rajbaijuna Banndar Road, not far from the Rameshwar Mandir. The office is part of the Ujas Mahila Sangathan. This place is usually full of energy because of all the women involved. Svarnim Khedut Producer Company Limited is really about the local people here. We spend a lot of time near the temple area, and it’s a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. The road can get a bit crowded, especially during festival times. Most of us involved are farmers or from farming families. We started this because the women in our community wanted a way to contribute more and help our families get better prices for what we grow. It’s a lot of talking and organizing, which can be exhausting. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We mostly have notebooks and a few tables. Sometimes the kids are running around while we work. It’s a community effort, plain and simple. We care about our land and we care about each other. The work is constant, from early morning until the sun sets over the road. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit together and figure out how to sell our produce without getting cheated. It’s a very local thing, and we’re proud of how we manage to keep things going despite the many challenges we face every day.
