We are out in Rakanpur, which is part of the Kalol area. Swamibaba Agro Pack Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. Being a bit away from the main city center means it is a little quieter, but we still have plenty of work to keep us on our toes. The facility is mostly where we store and pack things. It’s a large space with high ceilings and it can get a bit chilly in the mornings before the sun really gets up. We have a small crew of local workers who know the routine by heart. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We just have the people who do the packing and the people who make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big shipment coming in, but we clean it up eventually. The driveway has a few potholes that we keep saying we will fix, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We don't really bother with big signs or flashy lights. People who need to find us usually know the way. It’s just a practical place for practical work. We spend our days making sure the bags are filled and sealed. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do. Some days are long, but that's just part of it.
