Scmm Higher Secondary School

We are over at number 98 in Gandhinagar. The school is right on the 100 Feet Road, which is a big landmark for anyone living nearby. Being on such a wide road means there is always something going on outside our windows. The building itself is sturdy and has plenty of rooms for all the different grades we have here. We deal with older students mostly, so the atmosphere is a bit more serious than a primary school. You’ll see teenagers standing around the entrance in the mornings talking before the first bell. We don't have a lot of fancy landscaping, just the concrete and the road. The 100 Feet Road is busy, so we have to be careful with the gate. Inside, it’s all about the books and the exams. We have been here long enough that some of our former students now have kids of their own coming here. Gandhinagar is a good area to be in. We keep our rooms as cool as we can during the summer months. There is no big marketing team here; it’s just us doing the daily tasks of running a school. We fix things when they break and keep the halls swept. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just handle it like any other job. The routine stays the same year after year and we like it that way.
