Our place is in the G.I.D.C Sec-26 area, specifically at E 30 in the Electronic Estate. If you know Gandhinagar, you know this part of town is mostly offices and industrial units. We work with lasers here, which sounds more exciting than it actually is on a Tuesday afternoon. The building is pretty standard for the Electronic Estate. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of technical work, checking settings and making sure the output is right. The staff mostly comes from the nearby residential areas or commutes from Ahmedabad. It gets quiet in the evenings once the shift ends, but during the day, it’s quite active. We’ve been at this address for a long time. There are other tech companies nearby, so the neighbors understand the kind of work we do. It’s not a flashy office with a bunch of decorations. It’s a place where we come to get the job done. Sometimes the cooling systems for the lasers make a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. We don't really do much marketing, we just keep the machines running and handle the orders as they come in. It’s steady work and the team has been together for a while. Everyone knows their station and what needs to be handled before we head home for the day. It is just how we work.
