Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. (Sltl Group)

We’ve been based out of E 30 in the Electronic Estate for a good while now. It’s right there in GIDC, Sector 26. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial buildings and people heading to work early in the morning. Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. is what it says on the sign, but most people just call us SLTL Group around the office. We spend our days working with laser machines. It’s not always glamorous work, honestly. The workshop floor can get pretty loud when the cutters are running, and there’s always someone moving parts around or checking on a build. We’ve got a mix of people here—some have been with us since the beginning and others are just starting out. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done and drink way too much tea during the breaks. Usually, the morning starts with a bit of a rush to get the machines warmed up and the schedules sorted. We handle everything right from this spot in Gandhinagar. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have much use for big speeches or fancy lobby decorations. Most of us are just focused on making sure the equipment works like it’s supposed to before it heads out the door. The traffic in Sector 26 can be a bit much in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We just keep at it, day after day.
