Reliance Web World (Gandhinagar)

You can find us over at Suman City in Sector 11. We are right on Ch Marg in Gandhinagar. It’s a pretty easy spot to get to if you’re already in the sector for something else. We’ve been here for quite a while helping folks with their internet connections and all kinds of web stuff. It’s a standard shop setup. We have some computers set up for people to use and counters where we talk to customers about their plans. Gandhinagar is a bit quieter and more relaxed than Ahmedabad, which we really like. Ch Marg has a good amount of traffic during the day, especially when the government offices are open. Most of the time, people come in because their phone isn't working or their home internet is acting up. We just sit down and try to figure it out with them. It’s not a big fancy tech hub, just a local Reliance Web World branch. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing when it gets really hot outside in the summer. We have a few staff members who have been here a long time and really know their way around the systems. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just open up the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. Sometimes we get really busy right around lunchtime or after five. It’s a lot of talking and clicking on keyboards. The windows look out onto the street where you can see people going about their business. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood. We keep things simple and avoid any complicated talk.
