Param Infotech

Param Infotech is situated in Sanand, right at Nanu Shah No Dahelo. We are tucked away behind Dr. Gandhi’s Dispensary. If you live in Sanand, you probably know that landmark pretty well. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while, helping people with their computer stuff and technical problems. It’s a small office, filled with wires, screens, and parts that we’re usually working on. It isn't the cleanest or most modern-looking place, but we know where everything is. People bring in their machines when they stop working, or they come to ask us how to get something set up. We spend most of our time staring at code or fixing hardware issues that pop up. Sanand is growing fast with all the factories and stuff, so there’s always something to do. We don't really do the big corporate talk here. We just explain what’s wrong with the tech and try to get it fixed so people can get back to their work. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to wait for parts to come in from Ahmedabad. It’s just the nature of the business. We are usually here from morning until late evening because there is always a backlog of things to look at. If you’re near the dispensary, you can just find the alleyway and we’re right there. We try to keep the computers running so people can keep their businesses going without too much trouble.
