Rising Infotech

Rising Infotech is on the first floor of the President Complex, Shop No. 101/B. This is in Sector-11 of Gandhinagar. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the ground level. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens or taking apart laptops. The shop is full of wires, spare parts, and tools for fixing electronics. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We have a couple of workbenches and a small area where people can sit while they wait. We aren't a big tech company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know our way around a motherboard. We’ve been in the President Complex for a while now. Some days it’s just one repair after another, and other days we are helping people set up their new software. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If a computer is broken, we try to fix it. If it’s slow, we try to make it faster. It’s practical work. Most of our customers come from the other offices in the complex or from the nearby sectors. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a decent living in a nice part of Gandhinagar. We just keep the systems running and hope for a smooth day with no crashes.
