If you’re walking down Station Road in Dhandhuka, you’ll find us on the second floor of the Shakti Krupa building. We’re right near the State Bank of India, so it’s a pretty easy landmark to spot. We call the place Smile Infotech The Computer World, which sounds a bit grand, but really, we’re just a local shop where we handle all things related to computers. Whether someone’s laptop stopped turning on or they need a new part for their desktop, they usually find their way up our stairs. The office is often filled with open computer cases, cables everywhere, and the sound of cooling fans. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop vibe here. Dhandhuka is a tight-knit place, so we end up knowing most of our customers by name. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big city firm. We just focus on fixing what’s broken and selling gear that actually works. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the office a bit stuffy, but we just open a window and keep working. It’s a simple business. We like the technical challenges that come through the door and the fact that we can help people get back online. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hardware. We keep things moving for the local folks who depend on their tech.
