Balaji Marble

Balaji Marble is based at Plot No. 306/307 in the GIDC. We have a couple of plots there which gives us enough space for our stock. If you come by the GIDC, you will see us with all the stone and materials laid out for everyone to see. It is a dusty place, as you would expect with marble cutting and storage. We don't have a showroom with glass walls or shiny floors. It is more of a yard where we keep everything until it is needed. We have been at this spot for a while now. The work is physical and we are on our feet most of the day. Balaji Marble is just a local business. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just talk to the people who walk in and show them what we have in the yard. Some days are slow and some days we are loading trucks all afternoon. It is just the way the business goes. The GIDC is our home base. We know the other business owners on our street and we say hello every day. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't use a lot of big words to talk about what we do. We just handle the marble and make sure it gets to where it needs to go. That is really the whole story for us at Plot 306/307. We just do the work.
