It’s a busy industrial hub, and there’s always something being built or moved nearby. Proneel Technologies Pvt Ltd is a small team of us working in this space. We focus on various technical and engineering tasks. The workshop has that specific smell of metal and coolant that you only find in places like this. We don’t have a fancy front office with air conditioning that works all the time. Usually, we’re just out on the floor where the work is happening. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords. We just like solving mechanical problems and putting things together correctly. It gets loud and sometimes it’s messy, but that’s the nature of the job. We started this company because we had the skills and wanted to work for ourselves. It hasn't always been smooth sailing. There have been plenty of long nights and weekends spent fixing mistakes or meeting tight deadlines. But we’ve built a decent reputation around Changodar just by being straight with people.
