Netweb Software Pvt Ltd is located in Vadodara, over in the Maneja area. We are specifically at C-22 in the Vraj Darshan Society. It’s a bit unusual because the office is right within a residential society, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a cold office park. We spend our days sitting at our desks, working on different software projects. The rooms are filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the occasional hum of the air conditioner. Since we are in a society, we often see neighbors walking by or kids playing outside during our tea breaks. It’s a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. We don't have a receptionist or a big corporate lobby; you just walk in and see everyone working. Vadodara is a nice place to live and work, and Maneja is quiet enough that we can actually get things done without too much distraction. Most of our work involves fixing bugs or writing new features for the software we manage. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees, so everyone has to wear a few different hats. Sometimes I’m testing code, and other times I’m just making sure the internet bill is paid. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We just try to write clean code and keep our heads down. It’s a good environment for people who just want to do their work and go home.
