Kijjala Seeds Private Limited

Kijjala Seeds Private Limited is based out of Godown Number 790 in the village of Amja. We are located in the Kalol taluka. The godown is a big, simple building where we store all our seeds. It is dusty work because of all the grain and seeds moving around. We do not have a nice office with chairs for visitors. Usually, we are just standing around the loading area or moving bags onto the trucks. Being in Amja means we are close to the farmers who actually use our products. We know the rhythm of the seasons here. When it is time to sow, we are very busy and there is not much time for rest. During the off-season, we spend our time cleaning and making sure the godown is in good shape. We do not have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We are just workers who know about seeds. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse is quite bad, but we just keep going. It is honest, physical work and it keeps the village moving. We have been here for a while and everyone knows where Godown 790 is. We do not try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just supply the seeds and do our part in the local farming cycle.
