Ketan Panchal

I’m Ketan Panchal, and I run my sessions out of unit number 7 in Ganesh Estate. This is over in the Odhav area, near Chhotalal Chawl and the Laxmi Saw Mill Compound. It’s a bit of an industrial feel around here with the mills and the estates, but that’s just how this part of Ahmedabad is. My place is quite straightforward. It’s one of the units in the estate, so it’s not a fancy storefront with big glass windows. You’ll usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood and the nearby businesses while we work. I’ve been doing this for some time now, mostly helping out students from the surrounding chawls and residential blocks. The space is filled with old benches and a chalkboard that I use for everything. It’s not about having a perfect office; it’s about having a place where work actually gets done. People usually find me because they’ve heard from a cousin or a friend that I’m here in Ganesh Estate. It can get a bit dusty with the saw mill nearby, but we just keep the door mostly shut and focus on the lessons at hand. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. I don't have a big staff or a marketing team. It’s just me and the students sitting down and going through the material until it makes sense to everyone in the room. That’s how we do things here.
